Hello, everybody

Wow, it sounds like everyone is doing well. God is good, and He continually showers me with grace in my journalism career.

Next week I finish my 10 week internship at The Olympian in Olympia, Wash. Words can't express the experience I've gained. Neither can posts on a blog, but it's been wonderful. God charges me every day and directs my steps and pen. I love to boast in the things He does.

This fall I plan to apply for many internships throughout the country. He'll direct where I go. I graduate this March and plan to do internships for the spring, summer, fall and then maybe one or two more in 2008. Basically, I want to work my way up in America's top 100 newspapers, with The New York Times among others as my targets.

One reason for the internships is that I know I only have a couple of years to work at a big time paper. I'm waiting for my wonderful girlfriend, Brittney, to graduate from college in summer 2008. Then we plan to marry and find a mid-sized paper and town to settle down in, hopefully in Washington.

Anyway, that's my life story. I hope everyone is serving God, doing well and excelling still more.
Best wishes to all,
Caleb

Hey Gang

Bonnie here. Still in college, but I've switched my major to Professional Writing. It's pretty cool and I'm looking forward to using some of the techie elements for journalism! I'm also still working at the NPR station. Love it, too. I hope everyone else is doing well serving God!

Still here?

Anyone still check this thing? If so, let me know what you're up to.

I got the position of Editor in Chief for The Chimes at Biola this year and got to help the Baptist Press for a week, covering some events surrounding the Southern Baptist Convention this summer. It was so much fun. Anyone else up to anything cool? Hope to hear from you all.
